Our Programs
Food, education, and wellness — working together.
Three connected program areas designed to meet immediate needs today while building resilience for tomorrow.
The Nourish & Neighbor Program
Family Grocery Bags filled with nutritious staples help feed a local family for an entire week — enough for more than 15 home-cooked meals for a family of four to five.
Alongside grocery support, we run a monthly feeding program and host pop-up community feeding partnerships that connect neighbors to job opportunities and resources.
We serve up to eight families per month through grocery delivery and pick-up for those who lack transportation — reaching roughly 100 families each year.
By the Numbers
Real impact, every month.
Your support turns directly into meals, groceries, and dignity for families across our community.
Learning that lifts the whole family.

"New Year, Healthy You" Health Fair
A free community wellness event offering essential health screenings, resources, and education — including blood pressure checks, blood sugar and cholesterol readings, vision screenings, and mobile mammograms.

Women of Worth: Confidence & Care Pop-Ups
A quarterly, community-based program helping women and young women build confidence and strengthen self-advocacy.
Launching 2026
Access to mental health resources.
Good mental health is part of a healthy community. We provide trusted information and resources, and we partner with local mental health providers to connect neighbors with the care they need.
Youth Mental Health First Aid — free, monthly training that equips adults with the skills to support adolescents aged 12–18 who are facing mental health or addiction challenges.
